Can a 1st generation child born from incest of a brother-sister combo have normal children?

sister-brother have baby can the baby when it grows up have normal children it's self as long and they don't inbreed.

yes they have already proven that incest cannopt cause problems with childeren unless it is ongoing for generations then genes seem to cross and the kids gets screwed up.
