Which movies do you think provide excellent character development/dissection?

The Breakfast Club
If you like those, then you gotta see Steven Spielberg's "Schindler's List." Taken from a novel by Thomas Keneally, in the film, we see a greedy, shallow, womanizing, Nazi war-profiteer who has a shattering epiphany on a hilltop overlooking Krakow, Poland during Hitler's "final solution."
