Pocket-fold invitation ... where can I buy just a pocket?

I'm looking to assemble your own invitations and I expect to make a pocket-fold style. My sister and graphic designer, and it will make all the print stuff (invitation, rsvp card, accommodation card, etc.), but I want to buy a handbag to set it and can not find anything online. Is someone by chance know where I can buy a whole and not just pocket the invitation?
