a good all purpose carrying knife??? sportsmans, hunting, etc. for cheap.?
Ive been looking at a few knives withing the range of $20-$40.
something thats tough, built like a tank, medium sized blade. stays sharp for a long time. good grip etc, you know. best bang for the buck
ive been looking at the steve ryan 7 folder. ive heard some good things about them. very high quality for low price.

i found it for $19.99.
i heard mtech makes some solid knives, not as good as ryan but still good.
anyone have any suggestions other than the good ol buck knife?

If I were you I would go with CRKTs line up, some of which can be found at Wal-Mart or most outdoors type stores. They are well made, sharp and will fit in your price range.The one you have your eye on is a great choice.
