Ninja Throwing

on naruto ultimate ninja 3 how do u throw a enemy?

I it says i have to do an additional blow to past the mission im on but i dont know how to do it. So i looked online and it said i had do throw an enemy and keep attacking it in the air..But i dont know how to trow an enemy!

attack button + the direction opposite the way you're facing. so lets say you're attack button is square and you're facing to the right press square and left. then keep pressing square and you'll do an additional blow.
