good case for lg dare......?

i see that they have the Silicone and hard snap on case for the dare but do they protect the screen at all ??? and can you buy and fit case and still put it in a leather pouch with belt clip??? i can't put my phone in my pocket mainly because of work but i keep my phone that i have now in a leather pouch and it has very little scratches but never be damaged i own a Chocolate now i know that the dare is a lot different.

I have the silicone cover and i love it! To protect the screen they sell screen protectors. They work awesome. The silicone case is only like 12 bucks, and the screen covers come in packs of 3 for 10 bucks.
