River Knife

When you cross a river do you ever get the urge to throw your iPod / watch / valueables into the water?

Or am I just weird? I'm sure it's a recognised psychological thing though, like looking down from a great height and imagining yourself jumping off, or picking up a knife and thinking about stabbing yourself. What's all that about?

sure, all that stuff normally comes out in dreams, anything you repress that as a member of society you can't do, you will have fantasies or thoughts of.
that's fine, but if you don't just let it go but obsess over it, that could be ocd.
