What is the max. safe speed for a 17' U-Haul truck towing a car trailer (with car, of course)?

U-Haul says 45 mph (72 km/h) is the maximum safe speed for a U-Haul truck, but what about when the truck is also towing a car trailer?

I would stay between 55 to 65 miles per hour and stay in the right lane...
