What's the best shotshell for duck hunting?

What is the best shotshell for the 12GA Remington 11-87 semi auto? I have to use a non-toxic load or steel shot for waterfowl. My gun will shoot the 2 3/4" or 3" magnum shells. What do you guys recommend?

Bismuth,Hevishot is the best but it cost alot. You want 3" mags for ducks unless you are getting them in close and a full choke gun with #2,#4 shot if you are using plain steel. Rem makes some stuff called Wingmaster that works pretty good and BlackCloud is liked by shooters I talk too.

If you are shooting close in or a pond at 20-30yards you want a Mod or IC choke with #4 shot and lighter loads like half brass in 2.75".
